Tenor viol gut strings Early
String set "Early" (unwound):
This string set is a so-called "equal feel" set, suitable for music before 1680.
For bowed instruments strung exclusively with unwound gut strings we recommend so-called equal feel string sets which are suitable for music up to the early Baroque period. Due to the unwound strings in the high as well as the low pitch ranges, the sounds of the individual instruments mingle well in ensemble playing. The individual voices can be clearly distinguished and yet collectively they produce a unified sound.
You can choose between light medium and heavy.
